We offer classes for students of all levels in asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing), special workshops with some of the world's finest teachers, weekend intensives, and Teacher's Training. Yoga can provide each of us as individuals and the world as a whole with skills to improve health, foster serenity, and expand awareness. All classes teach the Iyengar method of Hatha Yoga. This highly disciplined approach emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility, builds endurance, and develops self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to subtle aspects of posture and breath, mind and spirit.
