Specialties

We are a meditation and wellness center that is focused on offering you classes and tools to help you feel better. We have regular meditation, chanting and breathwork classes. We also offer crystal bed,PEMF mat, pranic healing, shamanic healing, reiki, acupuncture and far infrared treatments. Lastly we have weekly sound baths, breathwork (yoga nidra) and wisdom training classes. Meditation classes also available for teens and tweens!

History

Established in 2019.
I have taught meditation for 18 years, and for the last 6 years (before I opened the center) I taught weekly out of my home. By the time I got to 3 classes a week, I realized it was time to get it out of my home! I have studied Tibetan Buddhism, Eastern religions, Christianity, yoga and energy healing since I was 17, and I continue my studies daily. It is my intent to help all people learn to meditate, grow in their wisdom, and feel better about themselves and their lives.

I am an acupuncturist in private practice since 1999 (Turtle Bay Acupuncture) and have taught meditation since 2001. After running classes out of my home since 2014, I decided to create a dedicated meditation/spiritual teaching center. I have spent a great amount of effort to curate the energy of the meditation room at OHM so that when you sit to meditate you will easily enter into a deep meditative state. Come experience it for yourself!
