Yoga Garden SF offers over 100 classes weekly in our boutique location. Small classes and welcoming community feel of our beautiful three studio spaces are why people love us so much! We offer a great variety of classes for every ability and body. Our Basic 200 hour and Advanced 500 hour yoga teacher trainings, prenatal and kids yoga teacher trainings attended by yogis all over the globe. David opened Yoga Garden SF in 1998, and moved to the current location in San Francisco's NOPA neighborhood in 2004. Since that time Yoga Garden SF has been the home to a thriving yoga community with over 100 classes a week of many styles, as well as an internationally-recognized school for yoga professionals.
David continues to participate in the management of the studios and the yoga teacher training programs.
